Rajarata University Hosts 15th Sri Lanka University Games for the First Time
Rajarata University of Sri Lanka proudly hosted the 15th Sri Lanka University Games (SLUG) for the very first time, marking a historic milestone for the university. The grand opening ceremony was held on September 4th at the university grounds with the participation of vice-chancellors, academic and non-academic staff, and students representing all the government universities across the country.
The ceremony was graced by the Hon. Speaker of the Parliament of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, whose presence added prestige to the occasion. The event also came alive with vibrant cultural performances, including traditional dances, showcasing Sri Lanka’s rich heritage.
