The first intake of the Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Management Degree program was inaugurated on March 7, 2023, at 11:00 am, in the university’s Main Auditorium, marking a revolutionary stride in the development of the Faculty of Management Studies, of the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, a premier educational institution in the North Central Province.
The Vice Chancellor of the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, Prof. (Mrs.) G.A.S Ginigaddara, was the chief guest at this event, along with the Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies, Prof. P.M.B. Jayathilake, the Chairman of the Faculty’s Higher Education Committee, Dr. HMBP Ranaweera, the Program Coordinator, Prof. K.G.A. Udaya Kumara, and senior academics from the faculty.
