The Non Academic Establishments Division is one of the most important Divisions in the University. The main function of this division is to facilitate providing human resources.

Responsibilities /Functions

  1. Management of cadre of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
  2. Recruitment of permanent, contract, assignment basis Administrative & Non Academic staff.
  3. Maintaining the personal files of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
  4. Confirmation of the permanent Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
  5. Promotion of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
  6. All matters related to leave & attendance of the administrative & non-academic staff.
  7. Granting annual increments of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
  8. Handling matters related to Salary revision of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
  9. Issuing of service reports & confidential reports for the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
  10. Internal & External transfers of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff
  11. Handling matters related to Uniforms Administrative & Non-Academic staff
  12. Issuing University Identity Cards for the permanent Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
  13. Retirements, Resignations & Vacation of Post of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
  14. Releasing termination benefits such as Provident fund, Pension fund, E.T.F, Gratuity of the Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
  15. Handling matters related to all  Union of Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
  16. Handling Insurance to Administrative & Non-Academic staff.
  17. Handling student of vocational training & issuing training certificate.
  18. Granting of Long Service Awards.
