Sri Lankan Journal of Agriculture and ecosystems (ISSN 2673-1401) published by Faculty of Agriculture, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka launched its first issue on 4th September 2019 with the participation of Prof. A.M.J.B. Adikari, Dean of the Faculty and former Deans of Senior Prof. Aruni Weerasingha, Dr. Thusitha Amarasekara and the Editor in Chief along with the members of the Editorial Board at the 191th Faculty Board held on 4th September 2019

The journal is a peer reviewed open access e-journal published two issue per year and the inaugural issue contains 10 manuscript including one from Nigeria covering the subjects of Agriculture and Ecosystems.
