The Inauguration Ceremony for new entrants (2016/2017) to Faculty of Agriculture, Rajarata
University of Sri Lanka was held on 04th January 2018 at Faculty Auditorium, Puliyankulama,
Anuradhapura.
Snr. Prof. Ranjith Wijayawardana, Vice Chancellor, Rajarata University of Sri Lanka, Dr. AMJB
Adikari, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture and Registrar of the University, Deans of Faculty of
Applied Sciences, Management Studies, Technology, Social Sciences and Humanities and
Medicine and Allied Sciences graced the occasion. In addition, academic staff of the Faculty of
Agriculture and other officials of the university also participated the ceremony. Faculty warmly
welcomed 153 new entrants.
The orientation program for the new students will be conducted from 8th January to 12 th January
2018.
